Era Infra Engineering Ltd, an integrated infrastructure development company with a pan India presence has secured contract from Central Park Estates Private Limited.
The contract valued at Rs 86.5 crore involves the work of construction & development of central park – II at Sector 48, Sohna Road , Gurgaon by Central Park Estates Pvt. Ltd.
The contract involves the construction of basement of 60,000 sq. meters. In two tiers, 9 residential towers to have built up area of 1,07,000 sq. meters, each tower will comprise of ground floor, service floor, 14 typical floors and two floors of pent houses. The contract is scheduled to be completed by March 2010.
With this, the order backlog for the Era group is Rs 4,583 crore. This is the total value of unexecuted orders as of December 31, 2007 and new orders received till date.
