Binani Cement Ltd's wholly owned subsidiary Mukundan Holdings Ltd, a BVI Company is proposing to acquire 49% of the paid up capital of Binani Cement Factory LLC, a Company registered and operating in Dubai, UAE.
Company made this announcement with reference to the earlier announcements dated January 19, 2008 and March 04, 2008 regarding raising of funds for overseas acquisitions and providing Guarantee to Wholly Owned Subsidiary.
