IVRCL bags Rs 1,125-cr road project

IVRCL Infarstructures and Projects Ltd., has announced that it has bagged a road project worth Rs 1,125 crore that involves six laning from 102 km to 145 km on Chengapalli to Coimbatore bypass along with a four-lane project near Coimbatore.

The project was awarded by the National Highway Authority of India with a concession period of the project for 27 years, including construction phase of 30 months. This project awarded now falls in the same corridor where IVRCL, through its special purpose vehicle is executing a road project on NH 47 for a stretch of 100 km between Salem and Kumarapalayem.

This project would be now developed by a special purpose vehicle of its subsidiary IVR Prime. The procurement and construction work would be handled by IVRCL, for its group company IVR Prime, which has recently been restructured.
